So, if you feel that the purchase you made does not satisfy you, we can always arrange a return, followed by a refund for the same.

To cancel your purchase, call us within 3 days of booking.

We will cancel your order only under circumstances that the product has not been dispatched and the product is not uses. We will initiate a refund and a confirmation mail will be sent to you for the same.

We understand the possibilities of misfits, colour differences, damages, or defects. We want all our customers to make purchases with 100 percent satisfaction. Return request should be placed within 3 days of receiving the product.

You will receive a confirmation email regarding your return request.

Once you receive confirmation mail from our end, return the saree through a registered courier service and send a mail of the same stating its tracking no. Saree folds and tag should be intact.

You have a choice of getting another piece of the same saree (depending only on availability) or any other saree of same or higher value (credits to be kept for 90 days).
